Q U A L I T Y


At the cafeteria, the worker (mostly Indonesians serve many colourful and delicious of breakfast. At night they just heat-up the excess food for the next day's breakfast. This means that students are served with left-over foods. This practice will certainly affect students health. The workers do not practise good hygiene. They do not wear gloves, kitchen cap, aprons to lessen foof contamination. To overcome this problem, the authority in charged should conduct spot check on the food, the workers, the kitchen and the utensils. The cafeteria proprietor should be directed to close the premise if fould guilty of poor hygiene practice.

After read this passage only i know that i may have been taken those food.This information makes me feel shocked because in the past i think that the money i paid is for the fresh and better quality's food instead of those left-over food.Food quality is really a important aspect that needed to be highlighted for a restaurant or cafeteria so that they can build up their good reputation.Thus,they can earn for higher profit due to the good reputation,not by those irresponsibility.I hope that the authority in charge will really concern onto this problem so that this situation can be improved in future.

I am totally with what you have mentioned.This is one of the reasons that i seldom having my meals in my college's cafe.Just imagine that the food that they have serve from early in the morning,then,until evening you can still find out many of the food stil there!Besides that,they always serve many colourful food,all these food really look very beautiful,but,very bad for our health and even worse.As we always said that preventition is better than cure,the authority or the administration department should pay more attention and concern about all these problems to prevent any bad incidents happen by doing the spot check on food and cleanliness of cafeteria from time to time.

Having a good hygiene practise is very important and should not be taken lightly.This is because if the food are not in proper serve, it can cause food poisoning.I totally agree that the workers do not practise good hygiene.As in my college cafetaria, i can see most of the workers did not wear aprons or even gloves.This is what we see in front of our eyes and what happened in the kitchen we do not know or see.I think if a simple think like wearing a gloves they could not follow,surely when they cook for our dishes they have not practise good hygiene.In addition,the left-over foods serve to us is a common thing.The cafetaria proprietor just think about their profit only.They can save their budget by just heat-up the excess food and sell it on the next day's.Actually they should not have done this because we pay for the food and we want something healthy and benefits for us to eat.As a suggestion,I hope that the cafetaria proprietor being more considerate and not only just thinking about hsving profit only.What they should do is serve a healthy food for us for example cook more vegetables and fish not unhealthy or colourful food which totally not good for us.

if you all want to know same thing happen in my college. But i still have to move on.in my college, they will prepare first all the meal and keep in freezer.. When student order meal, they just heat up for few minutes and serve to student.I one of them and i have to go through. Even in my college also the worker didn't practice good hygiene. The worker do not wear gloves, kitchen cap. It is shows that they did not give care about this. This matter can't be let it go.this problem can be solved if the authority in charged should conduct spot check on the worker, the food not once in a while but every single day.

Salam. Firstly, I was shocked about Anne mention just now. How bad that quality of food at our every college's cafe in UKM. In my college also like that. When I buy food at night, I saw that they use the old vegetables to the food. So, what the quality of this food? In addition, the hygiene is not enough for student like us even if that food are very delicious. In my opinion, the workers must to take care about quality and sanitary of thier food service.

When we talk about quality of food especially in cafeteria college, there is something to comment about the process to serve the food or anything meal for the student. In this case, I did not have any problem with the quality of food in my cafeteria college is Keris Mas College. I cannot denied in my situation also have little bit of unsatisfaction with the services at cafeteria, but we must understand "nothing is perfect".
